Backstreet Boy to go solo with Christian album
Wednesday 5 January 2005The album, which will be his first solo project, has not yet been recorded. Littrell, who grew up attending a Baptist church with his family, has said he is releasing the record in the hope that it will encourage others to be open about their faith.
"My values have changed. I'm in a selfless situation rather than a selfish situation because it's not about me anymore, and that's the way I want my career to be. It's not about me. It's about God," the singer said.
Littrell's album is due to be released by Provident Music Group's Reunion Records towards the end of 2005.
