Surprise in jungle for celebrities
Wednesday 24 November 2004A spokesperson for the show confirmed that Reeves was now in the jungle, but would not reveal when he made his entrance at the celebrities' camp at Murwillumbah, near Brisbane.
It is not known if Reeves will be a contestant on the show or just a guest.
Speculation had mounted in the camp that someone was about to arrive after the celebrities were asked to make a tree house and an extra large bed was delivered.
Janet Street-Porter won nine meals for her fellow contestants on the latest episode of the show.
The journalist was bitten three times by non-poisonous snakes during her 'Bushtucker Trial', which involved trying to remove 10 stars from a tank filled with reptiles.
She only failed to retrieve one of the stars and so won nine meals.
