Court sentences Love to drug rehab

The 40-year-old must enrol in a court-approved rehabilitation programme for the duration of an 18-month probation, during which she will be tested for drugs and undergo counselling.
If she successfully completes the programme and abides by the terms of her probation, Love will avoid jail and her conviction for being under the influence of cocaine will be removed from her record.
Love also faces felony charges of illegal possession of a prescription painkiller and assault and a reckless endangerment charge in three other criminal cases.
