Police investigating Big Brother brawl
Thursday 17 June 2004It is believed that a number of police officers visited the house after viewers reported the outbreak of violence, which resulted in Victor threatening to kill fellow housemate Emma.
The Big Brother production team have provided the police with a videotape of the events of last night, in order to establish whether or not further action should be taken.
Big Brother's live feed had to be cut in the early hours of the morning after violent scenes broke out between several of the housemates.
Channel 4 bosses were forced to intervene at about 2am when the return of banished housemates Emma and Michelle sparked a major bust-up.
Victor, who was unimpressed with the reintroduction of the two girls, had to be pulled away from Emma after he threw a glass of white wine over her and began screaming that he was going to kill her.
Jason and Nadia also came to blows when Jason began frantically throwing furniture at Nadia, while screaming abuse at her.
Housemate Shell was so frightened by the outbreak of violence in the house that she collapsed on the bathroom floor.
