Campbell is victor in privacy case

Campbell sued the Daily Mirror in 2001 after it published a story revealing she was attending Narcotics Anonymous.
She claimed breach of confidentiality and duty under data protection laws, and won the case in the High Court two years ago.
However, this verdict was overturned by the Court of Appeal, which said the paper's report was justified and in the public interest.
Today's ruling means her original victory against the paper has been restored.
Announcing the ruling, Lord Hope said that despite the weight that must be given to press freedom of expression there was an infringement of Campbell's right to privacy that could not be justified.
