Canadian crooner to make Irish debut
Wednesday 7 January 2004The 25-year-old crooner released his self-titled debut album last year, covering standards like 'Come Fly with Me' and 'The Way You Look Tonight' alongside Van Morrison's 'Moondance' and Queen's 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love'.
As a teenager, Bublé won the Canadian Youth Talent Search and released several independent albums before meeting Grammy-winning producer David Foster (Celine Dion, Chicago and Whitney Houston) and signing his first major recording contract with Reprise Records.
Heavily tipped for international success, Bublé's interpretations of classics and more modern songs have received considerable critical acclaim.
