Silent Hill set for movie makeover
Friday 19 September 2003The film will be directed by Christophe Gans, who previously helmed French action horror 'Brotherhood of the Wolf'.
Speaking about the project, Gans said: "'Silent Hill' is a groundbreaking game with an atmosphere that has mesmerised millions of gamers all over the world - it is scary and clever. I am very proud to be associated with this game."
Konami will be closely involved in bringing the horror game to the screen - working on the design of all the monsters, creatures and characters.
The gaming giant is also looking at turning more of its hit titles into movies.
