Dylan enters Grammy Hall of Fame
Monday 18 February 2002Willie Nelson's 'Red Headed Stranger' and Bing Crosby's 'Swinging On a Star' also entered the Hall of Fame.
A total of 15 albums and 40 singles were inducted into the Hall of Fame, bringing the number of titles recognised since 1973 to 585.
The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences honours recordings for their "enduring artistic quality and cultural influence".

In this first programme of the series Gok guides viewers through the simple basics of Chinese cooking, from the 'holy trinity' of ingredients - garlic, ginger and spring onion, to the 'love box' of condiments. His first aim? Teaching how to cook the perfect egg fried rice, one of the first dishes he learnt to cook as a boy.
