Smith goes low-fat for new book and series
Tuesday 12 June 2001She has agreed to include low-fat recipes in her third 'How To Cook' book and TV series after fans e-mailed her.
Smith had held out against the low-fat lobby for almost two decades, but according to newspaper reports, with 60% of the adult British population now overweight, she's agreed to include low-fat recipes.
