Ireland's Melanie Nocher has once again failed to make the Olympic A standard for the women's 200 Backstroke despite winning the final at the Tri Nations meet at the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin.
Nocher looking to go sub 2.10.84 in the final won in a time of 2.12.43, almost two seconds shy of making the time.
However Nocher has one more chance at the European Championships in Hungary next month.
