Holders Celtic face a tricky trip to Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals.

Celtic beat Kilmarnock 5-1 at Rugby Park on Saturday to secure their place in the last eight, while Aberdeen edged past Hamilton, beating their First Division opponents 1-0.

Due to the number of games postponed and requiring replays, the Pittodrie clash was the only confirmed tie for the next round.

The quarter-final games will be played on the weekend of March 8-9, and Hibernian or Rangers will have home advantage in the quarter-finals, with Livingston or Partick Thistle their opponents.

Queen of the South, in the quarter-finals for the second successive season, will face either Motherwell or Dundee.

Ross County or St Johnstone, whose game yesterday fell victim to the weather, were handed a home draw against St Mirren or Dundee United.
