Bohemians have sacked manager Seán Connor, just over 12 months after he took charge of the Dalymount Park outfit.
In a statment on their website, Bohemians confirmed that they have terminated Connor's contract but declined to give the reason behind their decision.
The Gypsies endured a poor start to last season, but rallied well in the second half, eventually securing third spot and a place in next season's Intertoto Cup.
Connor had been given substantial funds to invest in the squad and had already began building for next season by signing midfielder Killian Brennan from Derry City.
In a brief statement on their website, the club have said they intent to fill the vacancy as soon as possible.
