Giovanni Trapattoni is expected to name his team after a training session today at the Aviva Stadium ahead of the Republic of Ireland's World Cup qualifier against Sweden tomorrow night.

Stoke's Mark Wilson should be available after returning to training yesterday. He looks to have recovered from a foot injury.

Goal keeper David Forde also trained in full yesterday but Anthony Pilkington will take a full part in training today.

The Norwich City striker could be in contention for a surprise start according to reports.

Richard Dunne looks set to start after being out for most of the season through injury.
