The Portuguese Football Federation have suspended national team boss Carlos Queiroz for a month and fined him €1,000 after a disciplinary board found him guilty of misconduct.
The former Manchester United assistant manager will therefore miss Portugal's Euro 2012 qualifiers against Cyprus and Norway next month after apparently acting inappropriately towards anti-doping testers during his team's World Cup preparations.
Queiroz was found guilty of acting aggressively towards the testers from the Portuguese Sports Institute, who conducted their own investigation and reported their findings to the government who passed the report on to the federation to hand out the punishment today.
