Hibernian boss Pat Fenlon insists his side are not out of their Europa League second qualifying round tie with Malmo despite going down to a first-leg defeat in Sweden.

Strikes by Jiloan Hamad and Magnus Eriksson put the hosts two goals ahead within the opening 13 minutes.

But Hibs manager Fenlon believes a noisy home crowd in the Leith return next Thursday can inspire his men to an incredible comeback.

The Irishman told BBC Radio Scotland: "It was a hard game for us. They are a decent side. In fitness and sharpness, they are a mile ahead of us.

"But we will be hoping that we can pack [Easter Road] out and get the supporters behind us. We had a great travelling crowd with us tonight.

"We need to score the first goal and get the place rocking. I've seen it before, that can change the mind-set of everybody. If we can nick the first goal then we will be well in the game."
