Portugal winger Ricardo Quaresma and defender Miguel Lopes had a training ground bust-up just days ahead of their semi-final appearance at Euro 2012, according to reports in the Portuguese media today.

During one drill, Quaresma was pushed to the ground by Lopes whereupon the winger kicked out at the defender's legs.

Team-mates quickly stepped in to prevent the situation getting worse.

Defender Ricardo Costa stood in front of Quaresma to calm him down while coach Paulo Bento also got involved.

Portugal beat the Czech Republic 1-0 in the first Euro 2012 quarter final on Thursday.

They will play the winner of tonight's Spain-France match next Wednesday.
