New Bolton manager Owen Coyle insists he is not under pressure to sell Gary Cahill to free up transfer funds.
Cahill has a string of admirers after forcing his way into Fabio Capello's England squad, but Coyle is determined to maintain the services of the former Aston Villa defender with the team locked in a relegation battle.
He told the Bolton News: 'I don't have to sell anyone to generate a transfer budget.
'I believe that Gary Cahill, if he shows the qualities he has, can make the squad for the World Cup.
'That's personal motivation for him. He is a top player and hopefully we will see him at his very best.'
