Maccabi Haifa completed their two-legged mauling of Northern Irish champions Glentoran in Wednesday night's Champions League second qualifying round clash.

Following their thrashing in Israel last week the hosts had only pride to play for in the second leg but Yero Bello put the visitors further ahead inside 10 minutes.

It was to Alan McDonald's men's credit that they held firm for the rest of the first half but Haifa's superiority was evident as they dominated the second period at The Oval in Belfast.

Bello made it a brace eight minutes after the interval before Peter Masilela (62) and substitute Shlomi Arbeitman (90) completed the rout.
