Cork City 2-0 Derry City

Cork City moved above Derry City and into a Europa League spot in third place in the table, following this crucial 2-0 victory over Stephen Kenny's side.

Paul Doolin's side set up the win with two goals in the opening 25 minutes; the first form the penalty spot after Guntars Siligailis was brought down and Fahrudin Kuduzovic belted home the spot kick.

The former Sligo and Drogheda striker then set up the second goal, crossing for Billy Dennehy to tap in from close range, to send Derry home without a league win in Cork since September 2000.
