Wexford Youths 2-2 Longford Town

Wexford Youths earned a dramatic 2-2 draw in the third round of the FAI Ford Cup at Ferrycarrig Park thanks to two late goals from Gavin Doyle.

Gareth Cronin's Longford side had taken a two goal lead thanks to goals from Gary Curran and substitute Adrian Murphy.

However, the Youths bounced back with a 82nd minute penalty from Doyle and then a 93rd minute thirty-yard strike from the same player.

This means that both sides will have to meet again at Flancare Park on Wednesday for a replay.
