Llanelli Scarlets lock forward Jake Ball has been suspended for two weeks following an infringement against Munster on 25 November.
Ball appeared before an independent RaboDirect PRO12 Disciplinary Committee in Scotland today following the foul on Niall Ronan, which merited a low end entry point.
The two-week sanction was imposed after aggravating and mitigating factors were taken into account.
Ball will be free to play from Monday, 10 December and has a right of appeal.
