Stade Francais scrum-half Julien Dupuy and replacement prop David Attoub have been cited by the ERC over an incident with Ireland flanker Stephen Ferris during Ulster's win over the French side in the Heineken Cup on Saturday.
Dupuy twice appeared to make contact with the eye area of Ferris and the French international is due to appear before an independent Disciplinary Hearing.
A statement from the ERC confirmed: 'Julien Dupuy, the Stade Francais Paris scrum half (No 9), is due to appear before an independent Disciplinary Hearing as a result of a citing arising from the Heineken Cup Pool 4 match against Ulster at Ravenhill, Belfast, on Saturday, 12 December, 2009.
'The citing lodged by the Citing Commissioner for the match, Tony Lanaway (England), is for alleged contact with the eye/eye area of Ulster player Stephen Ferris (No 6) in contravention of Law 10.4 (l).
'The independent Judicial Officer will be appointed as soon as practicable.'
A similar statement was made detailing Attoub's citing.
