Brian O’Driscoll and Gordon D’Arcy are expected to be fit for Leinster’s Heineken Cup final clash with Ulster on Saturday.

D’Arcy sustained a cut to the side of his left eye midway through the first half of the victory over Glasgow Warriors at the weekend, which caused bruising and required stitches.

O’Driscoll appears to be winning his fitness battle to recover from an injured knee, while Rob Kearney’s back problem is also responding well to treatment.

However, a scan on Eoin O’Malley’s knee has revealed that he suffered ligament damage in Saturday’s RaboDirect PRO12 win. The centre will miss both of the upcoming finals.

The Leinster line-up to face Ulster at Twickenham will be revealed on Friday at midday.
