Ireland train ahead of Springboks clash

The Ireland rugby team went through their training paces this afternoon, ahead of Saturday's meeting against South Africa at Croke Park.

Stephen Ferris, Keith Earls and Jerry Flannery all sat out training today with minor knocks - but all three will be available for selection against South Africa.

A number of players were added to Declan Kidney's squad yesterday and all eyes will be on the starting team which is named tomorrow.

Munster's Ronan O'Gara is expected to reclaim the number 10 jersey despite Jonathon Sexton's brilliant debut against Fiji last weekend.

Shane Horgan, Gordon Darcy and Leo Cullen will also be pushing for starting places.
