Wilshire Boulevard is an intended runner for Aidan O'Brien in Saturday's Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Gimcrack Stakes at York.
Ballydoyle only confirmed one juvenile in the 11-strong field in the shape of the Holy Roman Emperor colt, who needed three goes to get off the mark but took the Group Three Anglesey Stakes at the Curragh last time.
O'Brien said: "The plan is to run Wilshire Boulevard. He seems in good form."
Astaire will be Kevin Ryan's representative as he attempts to retain the Group Two prize he took with Blaine 12 months ago.
Astaire won on his debut at the Knavesmire and after a sixth in the July Stakes, he landed a conditions event at Newmarket last time.
Cable Bay and Thunder Strike have another shot at the William Haggas-trained Saayerr after their respective second and third to him in the Richmond Stakes at Glorious Goodwood.
Ryan also has Sleeper King engaged while Richard Fahey will be hoping Parbold can improve on his placings in the Coventry and Vintage Stakes and also fields Salford Red Devil.
David Brown's My Catch has won twice in France recently with Bahamian Heights and Justice Day completing the line-up.
