Officials at Lingfield were forced to call off this afternoon's meeting due to frost.
Clerk of the course Neil McKenzie Ross had been hopeful of the track passing the precautionary inspection at 9.30am but conditions failed to improve as much as he had wanted.
"We've had to abandon as the temperatures are not rising quickly enough to get the frost out of the ground," said McKenzie Ross.
The valuable jumps card was set to feature two Grade Two events.
