All-the-way Vista sees off all opponents

Buena Vista got favourite backers off to a good start with an all-the-way win at Market Rasen today.
Tony McCoy, riding for his former boss Martin Pipe, had to be at his strongest to hold the determined challenge of Hilltime in the totescoop6 Summer Handicap Hurdle.
Buena Vista, the 2-1 favourite, answered the champion jump jockey's every call on the long-run in to complete a four-timer by a length and a quarter from Hilltime (20-1) with Borora two and a half lengths further way in third and Tulipa fourth.
"I thought the handicapper had him too high but it looks as though he was just about right," Pipe told Channel 4 Racing.
"He'd had three runs in novices and won them nicely. We thought we would come here and see if he could run a big race."
"I was really worried about the weight, 11st 7lb, I thought it was far too high. There was nothing else to go for really so we thought we'd have a stab at it and it's worked out really well."
