Noel Meade's Harchibald, who had notable victories in the Fighting Fifth and Morgiana Hurdle events will face six rivals in the Stan James Christmas hurdle at Kempton on St Stephens Day.

The Irish raider is as low as 9-2 with William Hill for the
Cheltenham Festival and a win at Kempton would reinforce his position at the head of the market.

However, he may not have it all his own way on Sunday as former Champion hurdle hero Rooster Booster is also in the line up.
