Last year's Irish 1,000 Guineas heroine Just The Judge is likely to return to the Curragh for the Pretty Polly Stakes later this month following an encouraging run in defeat at Epsom last week.
The Charlie Hills-trained filly was disappointing on her seasonal reappearance in the Earl of Sefton Stakes at Newmarket's Craven meeting in April, but a dirty scope after the race was forwarded as an excuse for the below-par effort.
Although she was a beaten favourite in Friday's Princess Elizabeth Stakes, she ran with far more promise to finish third and Hills feels a step up in trip on a more conventional track will see his charge in an even better light.
Hills said: "We had excuses after her first run (of the season) and it was great to see her come back to something like her best on Friday.
"I think she'll come on again and the track at Epsom didn't suit her ideally.
"The Windsor Forest (Duke of Cambridge Stakes) at Royal Ascot next week is going to come too soon, so we're probably going to aim towards the Pretty Polly.
"I think she might actually be better over a mile and a quarter."
