Trainer Andrew Oliver is considering the next plan of attack for All Set To Go following his good run in defeat in the Ballysax Stakes at Navan on Saturday.

The Verglas colt was among the outsiders for the Group Three contest having failed to make a significant impact in the Leopardstown 2,000 Guineas Trial, but stuck to his guns well under Gary Carroll to finish third behind Fascinating Rock.

Oliver said: "He ran a great race. He's a very tough and genuine horse and he battled to the end.

"Time will tell the quality of the race, but certainly Dermot Weld's horse (Fascinating Rock) looks as though he could be anything and people are touting him for the Derby.

"I can't fault our horse or his attitude, and he got the mile and a quarter well.

"He's not short of speed, either - he won over seven furlongs last year - so we have plenty of options.

"He's a solid horse and we'll see where we go from here.

"I've no plans in mind for him at the moment."
