The meeting at Punchestown this afternoon goes ahead as planned following a precautionary 8am inspection.

Officials had called an early check of conditions due to the threat of overnight frost.

Following the inspection, the course was found fit for racing, with the ground described as soft to heavy, soft in places.

A seven-race card gets under way at 12.40, with the Grade Two Moscow Flyer Novice Hurdle at 2.20 featuring the Willie Mullins-trained Vautour, current ante-post favourite for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham.
