Jim Bolger's An Saincheann bids to prove her emphatic Gowran Park success was no fluke in the Martin Molony Stakes, the feature of Limerick's seven-race card.

The lightly raced four-year-old could hardly have been more impressive in getting off the mark on her seasonal bow and she can continue to make up for lost time by landing this Listed contest.

Her stablemate Pastilla made a big impression when scoring over two miles on her Dundalk debut last month and is very interesting on her first turf start.

It is not all about the Bolger duo, however, and connections of Inis Meain, who has returned to the Flat with two good efforts in defeat, have been bullish about their chances.

Missunited picked up the silver medal in the Irish Casarewitch last October and is fit from a promising spell over hurdles.

The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden kicks off the action at 2.10 and features a host of interesting newcomers from top yards.

The Aidan O'Brien-trained Expedition cost €280,000, while Bolger's Focussed and Master Of Time, who represents Paul Deegan's yard, are related to a string of winners.

Hold The Line has narrowly missed the target on both starts this term and sets a good standard in the Greenmount Median Auction Maiden, but the Great Limerick Run Maiden looks a more competitive affair.

Batu, Muntasaf and Vim all look to build on promising debut efforts, while the more experienced Energize and Saga Barbara have shown enough to suggest they should be off the mark before long.

The 7lb claimer Connor King rode a winner at Gowran Park last weekend and has a good chance to add to his tally on board Todd, who may not have to find much on his recent Dundalk second to land the Follow Limerick Racecourse On Twitter Handicap.

The Follow Limerick Racecourse On Facebook Handicap closes the card and gives Massabini an opportunity to gain a deserved success following some good efforts at Dundalk.
