Following a course inspection at Gowran Park ahead of the scheduled fixture on Saturday, the steeplechase course was found to be unfit for racing.
As a consequence the three steeplechases, including The Red Mills Chase, have been cancelled.
The handicap hurdle and the Ronan Lawlor Memorial Mares Flat Race will each be divided to form a six race programme which will include the Red Mills Trial Hurdle.
The Red Mills Chase will now take place at Navan on Sunday.
