This afternoon's meeting at Limerick goes ahead following a morning inspection.
Officials had planned to check conditions at 8am but were able to give the meeting the thumbs up earlier than planned.
Horse Racing Ireland said: "Limerick will go ahead today following track inspection, ground remains heavy."
This afternoon's meeting at Kempton also goes ahead after the track was passed fit for racing.
