Limerick card survives inspection and will go ahead

Following an inspection by Turf Club officials at Limerick, the course was found to be fit for racing and the fixture scheduled for today will go ahead as planned. The first of seven races commences at 12.35pm and the ground remains heavy.
Racing also takes place at Leopardstown this afternoon. The first of seven races at that venue gets under way at 12.25pm and the ground is currently soft.
