Limerick racing goes ahead after morning inspection

This afternoon's meeting at Limerick will go ahead as planned after the track passed an 8am precautionary inspection.
The ground on both the hurdle and chase tracks is heavy.
And Saturday's meeting at the Limerick venue is also subject to an 8am inspection ahead of the final day of their four-day Festival.
The course is currently raceable but further rain is forecast in the area.
If the meeting survives the first race is scheduled for 12.35.
Elsewhere, this afternoon's meeting at Leicester will take place as scheduled after the course passed an 8am precautionary inspection.
