Dedigout is undoubtedly the star attraction at Punchestown as he embarks on his fencing career in Tuesday's Buy Punchestown Tickets On Facebook Beginners Chase.

Tony Martin's charge signed off a hugely impressive novice hurdling campaign with victory in the two-and-a-half-mile Champion Novice Hurdle at the Festival here in April and he will be tough to beat.

Knockgraffon King was solid over timber last term, while Boss Croaker has experience over fences already, meaning the race, which gets proceedings under way at 12.55, should be a cracker.

It's hard to believe Banjaxed Girl remains a maiden over fences after placing in a Grade Three last spring, but she has another chance to get off the mark in the Punchestown Annual Membership 2013 Mares Beginners Chase.

Chasing Shadows has been consistent without winning over timber and looks the biggest danger, though Oscars Business is not to be ignored with chasing experience to her name.

The richest race on the card is the www.punchestown.com For Better Value Handicap Chase, which sees Heavenly Brook and Ardglen bid to improve on recent placed efforts.

Ardglen plugged on for third in the Cork National on Sunday and should relish this shorter trip, but Heavenly Brook could have the edge, as he's had a short break since his Navan second.

Heck Thomas scored with aplomb on his debut in a bumper at this track and is likely to be well fancied for the Vote In The Childrens Referendum On 10th November Maiden Hurdle.

Winning pointer Just A Par could prove stiff opposition, though, as could Henry De Bromhead's Starkie if he finds his best winning bumper form.

Grange will bid to follow up his Tipperary success in the Panoramic Restaurant Handicap Hurdle, while Tyrone Tiger, Western Man and Vic Chic all have claims in the Follow Punchestown On Facebook Handicap Hurdle.
