The race formerly known as the Pierse Hurdle and, in another life, The Ladbroke, has attracted a maximum field of 30, yet Charles Byrnes' Scottish Boogie is a relatively warm ante-post favourite, having finished third behind Boylesports rivals Cass Bligh and Citizenship at the Christmas meeting here.

Staying Article heads the weights for Edward O'Grady, with Quiscover Fontaine leading four from the Willie Mullins stable, and improving novice Make A Track representing Gigginstown House Stud.

The latter's stablemate Stephanie Kate didn't make it off the reserves' bench for Thursday's Thyestes Chase and goes for ample compensation in the Leopardstown Handicap Chase.

This is just as hotly contested as the feature, with the prolific Seabass, last year's winner Rare Bob and Irish National hero Organisedconfusion among the opposition.

There is a fascinating clash between two of the most exciting prospects in the country as Sir Des Champs attempts to successfully concede 5lb to Hidden Cyclone in the Grade Two Boylesports.com Bet On Your Mobile Novice Chase.

Hisaabaat and Darroun could wind up this campaign tackling top company and lock horns in the opening Leopardstown.com Maiden Hurdle at 1.10, while Cheltenham Champion Bumper third Aupcharlie attempts to make it third-time lucky over obstacles in the ITBA Expo 2012 Maiden Hurdle.

Far Away So Close went some way to putting a Limerick fall behind him when just touched off at Naas, and he returns from a mid-winter holiday in the Ryan's Event Cleaners Beginners Chase, where Aitmatov may give him most to do.

Dermot Weld has saddled Waaheb and Hidden Universe to win the last two renewals of the www.leopardstown.com (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race, so his Dansili newcomer Silver Concorde is sure to attract plenty of support.
