Eyecatching Galway Festival winner Loosen My Load is now likely to embark on a novice hurdling career.
Henry de Bromhead's robust five-year-old closed the 2009 meeting with victory in the Fr Breen Memorial Flat Race, finishing a length in front under Nina Carberry.
'It looked a very good winners-of-one bumper - he had won his first start at Cork too so it was pleasing to have a nice winner at the festival,' said the trainer.
'I'd say he'll go hurdling in the autumn now.'
De Bromhead's stable star Sizing Europe, a top-class hurdler who won his first start over fences at Punchestown in May, is likely to return to the track at about the same time.
He added: 'Sizing Europe has just got back in from his holidays and I should think he will be ready to run in about October time. I haven't discussed a plan with his owners yet.'
