Tony McCoy travels to Ireland on Saturday to partner Glenfinn Captain for his boss, owner JP McManus, in the feature Irish Form Book An Uaimh Chase at Navan.
The 10-year-old, winner of the Red Mills Chase on his latest start, is among a field of seven for the two-and-a-half-mile contest and is one of three from Tom Taaffe's stable.
‘Glenfinn Captain is in good form, Tom's very happy with him and hopefully the ground will suit him OK and we're hoping for the best,’ said the owner's racing manager Frank Berry.
McManus' colours will also be carried by the Taaffe-trained Breaking Silence, who has been absent since finishing second to Always Waining at Market Rasen in September.
‘He's back after a long lay-off but he's also in good form and hopefully we can go through the summer with him now,’ added Berry.
Emotional Article makes up Taaffe's trio, while the line-up is completed by Watson Lake, Royal County Star, Justpourit and No Full.
