Carberry goes native with telling effect

Go Native ran out an impressive winner of the INH Stallion Owners EBF Novice Hurdle at Punchestown under a confident ride from Paul Carberry.
An impressive winner at Kilbeggan on his hurdling debut in July, the 7-2 chance did not look the easiest of rides when beaten into second at the Galway Festival.
However, Noel Meade's charge easily coped with these far more testing conditions. After ranging up to China Rock on the run to the final flight, he soon swept to the front and was a length and three-quarters to the good at the line.
