Kevin Prendergast is keen to let the dust settle on La Collina's latest run at Newmarket before deciding whether to call time on the dual Group One-winning filly's career.
The winner of the Phoenix Stakes at the Curragh as a juvenile, the four-year-old roared back into the limelight at Group One level with a shock victory in last month's Matron Stakes at Leopardstown.
She was supplemented for last weekend's Sun Chariot Stakes at Newmarket and although she was far from disgraced, she was ultimately unable to recoup the supplementary fee as she came home fifth of the seven runners.
Prendergast said: "She's come out of the race very well. We're just going to wait a week or so and see how she is before we decide whether to run her again or retire her.
"She seems grand and we could get an invitation to Hong Kong, but we'll see."
