Nadine Lattimore is the Irish record holder in the F11 shot put with a throw of 7.68m. This secured a Paralympic Games A Standard.

Lattimore's international competitive debut arrived at the 2011 IPC World Championships in New Zealand where she achieved an impressive seventh in the shot put. In this year’s IPC world rankings, she is placed in ninth, just two behind her fellow competitor Ailish Dunne.

Lattimore hopes that her first Paralympic Games at London 2012 will be the next step of a promising career.
