Success for Irish Taekwon-Do team

The Irish Taekwon-Do team have won two gold medals, two silvers and four bronze medals at the World Championships in Argentina.

The 36-strong Irish team is competing again today, Sunday 29 November, which is the last day of the World Championships.

Amongst the winners are 15-year-old Dylan Fitzgibbon from Cork city who won gold for sparring in the junior category, Luke Woods from Dublin who won gold in the senior sparring and 17-year-old Louise McCagh from Shannon who won two silver and two bronze medals for her events.
