Young trainer Robert Gleeson's dog Slippery Robert (5/1) sprung a surprise to win the Irish Greyhound Derby at Shelbourne Park.

Slippery Robert started in trap six and took over at the third bend and was returned at a price of 5-1 in a time of 29.43.

Cabra Buck was second with Tyrur Sugar Ray third.
