Neither RTÉ nor Kraft Foods Ireland will be responsible for competition entries not received. Winners will be selected from all valid entries received within the competition period from 25th June 2012 to 24th August 2012. Winners will be announced on rte.ie/olympics/moments on 3rd September 2012. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over, verifiable by passport or birth certificate. No cash alternatives, or alternative prizes will be offered. Staff of RTÉ, Kraft Foods, or members of their families may not enter this competition. RTÉ is the promoter of this competition. This competition is governed by the laws of Ireland and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. RTÉ's decision is final.
Entry is open only to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over who visit www.rte.ie/sport/olympics/moments via the RTE website or who scan the promotional POS QR code in-store which will bring the entrant to the RTE competition landing page (rte.ie/sport/olympics/moments).
Entrants will then be asked to select their favourite Olympic moment from a shortlist of four iconic Olympics images shown.
Each entrant that selects their favourite Olympic moment is entered into a draw to win one of 100's of available prizes ranging from TV's, iPads, signed Olympic merchandise, limited edition Cadbury Olympic hoodies and Cadbury hampers.
Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The competition starts at 12.01am on Monday 25th June 2012 and closes 11.59pm Friday 24th August 2012.
To enter the competition, entrants scan the QR code on the instore POS or visit the rte.ie/sport/olympics/moments webpage and select their favourite Olympic moment from the four shortlisted iconic moments. They must also submit their name and contact information to be entered into weekly draws to win one of hundreds of prizes. Only one entry per household per day will be permitted. No purchase necessary.
The prizes include TVs, iPads, signed Olympic merchandise, limited edition Cadbury Olympic Hooded Sweatshirts and Cadbury hampers:
Tier One Prizes:
o 3 x Samsung 40” Full HD LED TV. Features include HD TV 1080p, digital freeview tuner and dolby digital plus

Tier Two Prizes:
o 120 x Cadbury Olympic hooded sweatshirts (purple colour branded with the Cadbury, Team Ireland and Paralympic Ireland logos)

Winners will be selected at random by RTÉ each week and sent to Kraft Foods to manage prize fulfillment. Prizes will be allocated randomly to the winners chosen by RTE with one Tier 1 prize and 25 Tier 2 prizes awarded per week. An additional five Tier 2 prizes will be awarded during the final week of the promotion.
Those winning a prize will be informed of their win via email to the email address submitted at the time of entry. Please ensure that all junk and spam folders are checked in case the email is sent to this. Prizes will be delivered by standard post within 28 days of notification. There will be no cash or other prize alternative available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the eligible consumer.
RTÉ's decision in relation to the selection of prize winner(s) and the prize they receive is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of RTÉ will be final.
RTÉ reserves the right to request written proof of age and/or residence of any competition winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner.
Unless otherwise stated, where multiple prizes are on offer in a single competition only 1 win per household will be permitted.
No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize(s).
If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable the promoter and/or Kraft reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
RTÉ will endeavor to procure delivery of all prizes within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible the winner(s) will be notified of a delay.
Any taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
RTÉ accept no responsibility whatsoever for the supply or non-supply or purported supply or delay in supply of the prize by Kraft, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or use the prize. Where appropriate, prize winners are required to complete all applicable formalities directly with Kraft.
RTÉ reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizesare subject to availability.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner's name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as RTÉ and/or Kraft may require.
All competition entries must be received by RTÉ in the required format before the advertised closing date. Neither RTÉ nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to RTÉ promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.
RTÉ reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.
Neither RTÉ, Kraft nor their respective agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will RTÉ have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any RTÉ competition or any of the prizes rewarded.
Prizes not claimed within specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited and RTÉ may dispose of such prizes without any liability to the winner.
Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.
RTÉ reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.
Participation in RTÉ competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.
RTÉ does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded and contestants hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any such problems.
