Raymond van Barneveld established himself as the firm favourite for the £50,00 first prize at the SkyBet World Grand Prix with a 3-0 demoliton of Mervyn King.
The Dutchman, who has won the world championship, UK Open and Las Vegas Desert Classic titles this year, dropped just two legs in setting up a quarter-final clash with Adrian Lewis tomorrow.
Lewis came from behind to beat Dutchman Roland Scholten 3-1, while there were also victories for James Wade over Alex Roy and Colin Lloyd over Alan Tabern.
The remainder of the quarter-final line-up sees Lloyd take on James Wade, with Adrian Gray playing John Part and Mark Dudbridge facing Terry Jenkins.
