Reigning Dunlop National Rally champion Declan Boyle recorded an emphatic victory in his Subaru WRC at the Fels Points Hotel Circuit of Kerry Rally in the second round of the series.

Dominating all nine stages, they finished one minute and 56.3 seconds in front of the Subaru WRC of Britain’s Hugh Hunter.

Daragh O’Riordan’s Ford Fiesta WRC finished one minute and 4.3 seconds further behind.

Several of the top ten retired during the event, among them European Rally Championship leader Craig Breen who slid off the road on the fifth stage.
