Adrian Campos is adamant his team will be on the grid in Bahrain for the start of the new Formula One season.
Speculation has been rife of late regarding the financial state of Campos Meta 1 and whether the Spanish marque have the funds to embark on their debut season.
Despite the gossip, Campos said: 'We will be at the first race.'
Campos has, however, admitted he is looking for outside investment to assist in the programme, with A1GP boss Tony Teixeira among those on the shortlist.
With the opening grand prix just over two months away, Campos told BBC Sport: 'People speak too much and make trouble for us. I don't want to sell my part of the team and I will remain the team principal. The condition to be a shareholder is to accept all the existing contracts.
'We are looking for investors and sponsors but the project is very much alive. We are talking with people who would like to be shareholders. We expect to have more investors.'
Campos have already signed Bruno Senna, the nephew of three-time world champion Ayrton, as one of their drivers, with the second seat to be taken by another rookie.
Three drivers are in the running for the pay-for seat, including Russia's Vitaly Petrov and Venezuelan Pastor Maldonado.
