Bohemians 1-0 Dundalk

Anto Flood's extra time goal sent Bohemians into the last four of the FAI Ford Cup at Dalymount Park.
The deadlock was broken after 108 minutes of tense football when Flood connected with Mark Rossiter's shot following a Killian Brennan corner and headed past Peter Cherrie.
Dundalk finished with ten men after Dean Bennett was sent off on 76 minutes following a tackle on Brennan and apparent dissent. Duns then had boss Ian Foster ordered from the bench in extra time.
Following last Friday night's 0-0 draw in Oriel Park, both sides looked eager to break the deadlock from the start.
Ger O'Brien should really have put Bohemians ahead inside the first minute when he connected with Owen Heary's ball from the right of the area, but he couldn't direct his header on target.
Dundalk's first chance came with a free kick on eight minutes but Mark Quigley lashed his strike off target. Quigley was involved again on 15 minutes when he met Nathan Murphy's cross, following excellent work involving Murphy and Mark Griffin on the left wing, but his thundering shot was blocked by Barry Murphy in the Bohs goal.
Bohs had started much the better of the two sides but slowly but surely, Dundalk began to dominate for short periods and Murphy was forced into saves from Greg Bolder and Johnny Breen as the half progressed.
Bohs did have other chances of their own. One of the best came on 33 minutes when Robert Bayly whipped in a neat looking cross but Cherrie, making his 100th appearance in goal for Dundalk, caught the ball before the inrushing Anto Flood could get his head to it.
Quigley sent a poor enough shot wide of Murphy's right hand upright on 47 minutes, much to the dismay of the travelling support in the Des Kelly Carpets stand. Not only was he about 30 yards out but he had the option of passing to Breen or Griffin, who were positioned wide either side of him and unmarked.
Quigley continued to be involved in most of the Dundalk threat as the second period developed. His neat shot was blocked at the near post by Murphy on 53 minutes but Quigley then crashed a free kick high and wide on 61.
Aidan Downes and Robert Bayly had chances at the other end, as did Heary with a header, but there was nothing to really trouble Cherrie.
Dundalk were reduced to ten men on 76 minutes when Bennett was sent off by referee Tomás Connolly. Bennett was cautioned following a foul on Killian Brennan but he appeared to say something to the ref in the immediate aftermath of the incident and was sent off.
Quigley wasted another free kick on 80 minutes, firing high and wide, before a barnstorming finish saw Cherrie save from Brennan and Murphy save from Quigley in injury time.
Bohs finally went ahead three minutes into the second half of extra time. Flood met Rossiter's shot following Brennan's corner on the left and headed past Cherrie to send Bohs into the last four alongside St Pat's, Sligo Rovers and either Limerick FC or Shelbourne.
